TFLC in 2011!

TFLC is back! After a short and much needed hiatus in 2010, TFLC is coming to a resto near you. For the time being, we’re going to get together every quarter or so. Our test pilot meeting last month proved TFLC must continue. The dinner club’s dedicated work towards breaking down barriers spoon by spoon must live on. We hope you continue to support and join us on our gastronomical journey around the world. Our review of our January meeting will be up soon. Our next adventure will take us to Afghanistan in May. As always, wishing you and your palettes the best in cuisine and culture.
